Andi and I had a little mommy-daughter New York trip…

Andi and I flew to New York for a bat mitzvah and you guys loved the fits. Andi found the cutest dress that will be her new bat mitzvah outfit staple-fits everyone because it has stretch, comes in a ton of different colors and patterns and is reasonably priced. Fun fact- She forgot to pack her Nike shoes she was planning on wearing with the dress since she was going to wear the on the plane, but had a last minute swap. Well, Birkenstocks ended up working out just fine and she was a good sport about it!

AFRM DRESS IN FLORAL (on sale!)

But this one below is also great and has longer sleeves. Oh and it’s on sale too!

My outfit was definitely a high-low mix but let me just explain that when you have a few staples that look elegant and timeless, it makes getting dressed a whole lot easier.

My outfit linked here.

It’s always hard finding the perfect elevated outfit for an event/bat mitzvah but when I find them I love sharing with you! This Helsa outfit below is next on my list to purchase..the whole outfit. It’s perfect. I would just sew up the neckline a tad. Hoping it goes on sale at some point…

Loaded Vegetarian Korean Style Nachos

Any dinner served with chips gets an automatic thumbs up in my house. Crispy, chewy, sticky-sweet ginger garlic tofu layered between melty cheese and crunchy chips, finished with a drizzle of the most addictive yum yum sauce you will ever make. Trust me, even if you’re not typically a tofu person you will love this! Looks like a lot of steps, comes together easily and is so worth it. Promise me you’ll try it, k?

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

Tofu:

  • 2 (15.5 oz) packages extra firm tofu

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 inch knob ginger, grated

  • ½ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Nachos:

  • 1 bag tortilla chips

  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • Pickled vegetables, for topping

  • Chopped cilantro, optional

More of the recipe and directions for paid members every single week. Thank you for supporting my work-truly grateful!
