Let's Prep Ahead Chia Pudding and Halibut en Papillot
Plus I can't get enough of outdoor entertaining (and not mad at it!)
Kicking this week off strong with two seriously great recipes that you can prep in advance-We love that! Chia pudding is always my go-to item to prep because it’s lasts for 3-4 days in the fridge, is healthy and satisfying and is super easy to throw together. And if you’ve never tried fish en papillot (fish in parchment) I am very excited for you to try it. Fish gently steams in beautiful aromatics in parchment paper. I love prepping this in advance so when it comes time for dinner you can just throw in on a sheet pan and cook fresh. It’s actually the perfect dish to prep ahead for a dinner party and then cook and serve fresh al fresco. I’m sharing more of my favorite outdoor dining must-haves for an effortlessly chic setup.
Let’s Get Outside
Meals should only be eaten outside. Invest in a few key beautiful pieces and you’ll be good to go season after season.
